You Scout the Job by drawing cards and consulting tables to determine what job you pull, how you gain access to the building, what security is inside, and how difficult it is to open the safe.  Once Scouting is complete, you reshuffle, then draw more cards to Pull the Job, while dealing with any Complications that may arise.
